We recently purchased a few JBL CPi2000 cinema sound processors and after installation, the system completely hangs. The signal level indicator graphics are not working, and we also tried to upgrade the software — but there’s no newer version available on the JBL website.
Has anyone faced a similar issue or successfully upgraded the CPi2000 firmware/software?
