It is hard to say what would drive a man to make a film like orange, but what I loved about it is that this man was SOOOOO "ultra-violent", and he did it without anger, without remorse, without pity, and went on his merry way as if he just picked posies. There are people like this and the attempt was to get a look at such people. As for getting stereo typed? how do you think I feel for bieng a utahn from california, wow that just does wonders for your self confidence at church!!! (NO I DONT GO TO CHURCH). Anyhoo if my remarks ever sound self gratifying or sarcastic, its cuz they are. No offense ever intended, just trying to make myself laugh, no one else ever does.... HEHEHEH...As for my booth, oooohhh my booth.... Not sure how much longer it will be my booth, but we are remodeling at the moment so getting in here is like walking on nails, and i actually mean that too. Just stepped on one today. Bolts are dropping from the cieling now, just got hit in the head with one, this is not a good sign. That and our company is about to reorganize so I am not sure what the hell is going on. But you are on the list for a tour, as soon as i can get this place put back together and rewired we are going to open a projectionist school. Start giving classes on projection and film and the industry. Maybe find some future projectionists out of the deal. Will ahve to have you along for the ride. ------------------

this is the last time I will read this post, because it is so disturbing seeing people badmouth the greatest director ever, Stanly Kubrick. Here's the one reason. He never made the same movie twice. All of his movies were COMPLETELY different in genre, time period, and style. And they were all brilliant. Name another movie that gave NASA a goal for when they were going to have space conquered. In 1968 when he made 2001 with Arthur C. Clarke, what they put in that movie weren't even imaginable by most. Now they've almost all come true. The test is by asking other directors and actors, and they all would have given life or limb to work with Kubrick. In your heart, you know he's the best. Just because you don't understand the movie, doesn't mean they're not works of art.------------------
