I just purchased a new 2.75 Schneider Super Cinelux on Ebay for $300. It's the same lens that sells for $1600 at your local Cine supply store.

I bench tested this lens against the Kollmorgen lenses. Over all, the Schneider has about twice the contrast and resolution (200+ l/mm vs 100 l/mm) with the Kollmorgens.

Now my problem. My Kollmorgen/ISCO K298 Anamorphic won't fit the threads of the Schneider. I guess I need an adaptor. I may also need a spacer.

Does anyone know what adaptor I need?

Also, does anyone know the history on the Kollmorgen/Isco K298 anamorphic?

The Academy citation for IscoOptic states:

Today's projection lenses offer superb optical performance, and much better image quality than even a few years ago.
