This isn't necessarily true...it could be a badly administered DNS server that is caching the IP address of the web server with the "FT is down" page. This "shouldn't" happen, since the time-to-live value on FT's DNS records is absurdly low (refresh every 12 minutes), but there are many ill-behaved DNS servers out there, too...  |  IP: Logged
