Tim,
I am very sorry for your position and insurance state. Its not a good thing at all. I do not however feel at all bad for MTS as a whole. As a friend said a couple of days ago "ding dong the witch is dead"!! They did crappy work and had a horrible reputation in the Midwest area. I gave them a run for their money when I was based out of Elgin, Il. I guess I helped, at least, in a small way to contribute to their demise. Nothing at all really lost here and you'll find something down the road like we all do. Best of luck!!

Now that those b******* have done a chapter 7 and given me rubber paychecks. I was wondering if I am just SOL or am I able to get my money?

You should be able to place a claim with the court and get treated as a creditor. Count on pennies on the dollar, though.
