I will be leaving Austin early Friday morning, like around 6 to 6:30 am to head to Dallas. Look forward to seeing those I have meet already, Brad and Don, and meeting new folks. I am talking a scenic route to get there. Me and a friend will be doing some looking at old theatres enroute and I will be partaking in my favorite hobby of railroading. See you when I get there.

Pat and the guys at strong..

Hats off for the great tour and the 4 hours we hung around. Also, special thanks to Jerry Bigalo(sp?) for the tips and trick on the milleniums. Pat, we'll try and catch you on the way back saturday or sunday.

Currently we are in Wichita and have basically a day to burn. Its nice to be ahead of schedule

Thats about all we have to report.

Josh

Josh & Paul;

Yes, just got the report on you guys. Sorry I missed you at the factory. Hope you had a good tour and that you were treated well -- with the great people here, I'm sure you were. I'll pass this on to the guys.

Hope to see you this weekend, have a great rest of the trip.

Pat

Paul -

Sorry I missed you passing thru...I haven't been keeping track of this thread! We had the "county fair" in town this past weekend and I was out running errands most of the time, so if you were unable to get hold of me I apologize. Maybe on the next trip...

Just wanted to say thanks to Paul and Josh for visiting and the info provided. It is great to finally meet fellow techers, especially being isolated out here in the midlands. I wish you guys a safe trip the rest of the way.

Must have been a good time! Looks like a wealth if information was to be had. Maybe it should be a yearly gathering. Just think if Film- Tech had it's own yearly convention, it would be great!

Just saw the pics, and it looks like you guys had a lot of fun. Makes me wish I lived closer to Dallas! "Radiohead" may be cool, but not as cool as Brad's screening room!

I agree Film-Tech should have a convention every year; where we get drunk and smash a bunch of DLP projectors!!
