The solution was a special freon based stuff though and I can only assume that its no longer available. I do knowone transfer facility that used Film-Guard in this application device quite sucessfully. It is all evaporated by the time the frame is presented for projection. One of my TP-66's has such a device that I use to apply FilmGuard. In any event, I don't think the poster was referring to the film still being wet from processing.
