The Kodak DX series cameras (that John and I both have) are lockable to 100, 200 or 400 ISO speeds even with the flash on. The F-stop is fixed at 2.8.

Other manually settable options are: exposure compensation, white balance (based on light source), colour mode, exposure metering, sharpness and shutter speed (fastest speed 1/2000 second).
