They have been removed from the previous posts. (People may obtain such info through the member's profile.) *The solution to any complaint posted to these boards needs to be posted here so as to assist in the future when people are searching the archives after business hours trying to fix a problem. This can be either by the member who had the problem, or by a representative of the manufacturer if they got involved. FYI, Mike is the one person at dts who has always been helpful to me, whereas nobody else there has ever come through. If anyone has a problem with the format that is not resolved through the forum, I strongly urge you to contact him specifically to get a solid resolution.  |  IP: Logged
