At least they don't do it in the US as well. It still happens over here though. Some titles I saw on the clapper were Happy Days, Champions and Tip Top. The Matrix Reloaded and Revolutions (which were both shot together) used the code name The Burly Man. Turns out that was the name of the movie being made in Barton Fink.
