Things that I tried and noticed: Removed Heat Filter to check luminance output and increases significanly but not acceptaple (reinstalled the heat filter back). The mirror in the lamphouse is the 270mm standard mirror and not cold light mirror. The distance between the screen and the projector is 25 meters. Screen size is 12.6 x 6.6 from the early 90's.
