If someone else on your theater staff doesn't give it to you promptly then they are to blame, not the studio or wrong KDM. You can know even before the play date goes into effect if the KDM is correct or not. I also recieve a cc copy of many kdm's in my e-mail in case a customers mail file becomes corrupted. Also be sure you have a new KDM a day before the old one is set to expire. If you are a large multiplex you just about have to make a log to track them. Perhaps David Z. or Mike R. can stop here and fill us in on how they handle KDM's.

We got ours with a couple of days to spare. This was back when they sent them on thumb drives. Now we get all of them by email.
