We went over and hooked up the automation remote just after Madstone had opened the place so they could start the shows from downstairs... They quickly found out they weren't going to be making dollar one with a four screen theater located just 1.5 miles from a 12 screen mainstream location and half a mile another 6 screen Arstie fartsie location. So they let the projectionists go and the manager ran the booth. Ditto with Regency except they had a booth monger upstairs on weekends. We were only hired to disconnect the equipment in the booth and remove the speakers in the auditorium. Nothing else which is probably why you also didn't get the light dimmers. I tried this and there just is too much stuff inside the unit to get decent access to the area needed. I would have to dismount the entire reader and take it over to an extremely well lit table to even have an iota of a chance and even then it will be a pain.
