The currently used replacement LCD'sdon't seem failure prone... This customer didn't even know his LCD was bad until the feedback capacitor in the PLL failed and the transmitter went down. Redid the freq down to a lower one and cured the issue for present. Their budget has been cut back and there is almost no activity trying to shut down pirate radio operators. If that's not a priority for them, they're not going to care about a drive-in that's broadcasting on a frequency that no local station uses.  |  IP: Logged
