Unacceptable! I don't give a rat's ass what the directors, actors, historians and foley people have to say. Get rid of all of those comments. Secondly there is absolutely no reason whatsoever for English Dolby Digital 2.0 sound. All DVD players everywhere downmix the 5.1 to 2.0, and if the 5.1 track was encoded with each surround 90 degrees out of phase (which is easily applied in the Dolby encoder after mixing), then you have perfect Dolby Pro Logic 2. Get rid of that track. Nobody needs the French or the Spanish Dolby Digital 2.0 tracks either. Since they are not English then they cannot be considered true languages. Get rid of branching tracks. I hate that. They are worthless. Now get rid of the Dolby 5.1 EX track. Offer a separate Dolby-only version as well as a DTS-only version like they did with Jurassic Park. Now get rid of the 6 tons of unskippable animated menus, FBI warnings, studio logos, and the like that are surely going to be offered. Instead have a simple still menu without sound and with simple overlays instead of layered buttons. The only options will be PLAY and DO NOT PLAY. At the bottom of the menu will be some text from the FBI that says "PLZ don't copy this movie! We will all go broke and die starving on the street. But we have high hopes that a warning from the FBI will actually deter you. Yes, we think you are an idiot!" Get rid of all the subtitles. People who cannot hear simply do not deserve to watch movies. Blind people cannot watch movies, so why should deaf people get special treatment? With all of that useless crap gone, the movie can now fit on a single disc and be enjoyed without being broken into pieces and pissing me off. Weak people will probably need the interruption to go pee. Not me. Put all of the extra crap that nobody will watch more than once on a second, disposable disc.
Stupid fuckers.
And yes, I'll probably buy it.
