What's wrong with calling Jerry Bruckheimer Films at (310) 664-6260 at asking them your query? You know, it's Bruckheimer's company that produces films, not him personally (although there is a fine line between person and company). I don't call the guy who owns my concession supplier at home to order product... Soon after I explained the reason for seeking the contact (in this thread), my request with the distributors was adequately met. But, I would have persisted on getting to know his contact numbers anyway. And wish to thank many here whose input is highly valued. The number that is listed for JB Films at their website 555-555-7658, I called it at different hours over these many days to only discover that a real person would never pick up the phone ! The area codes for the United States aren’t that complicated anyway and I just finished memorizing them. Very shortly, I may have to call several Multiplex architects and designers located across the US and Canada, so knowing these codes well will help. And the number 714-911-7658 is not supposed to be in existence or is incorrect. I just learnt. But then, lets say I call Jerry Bruckheimer for this or say, any other reason. I wonder if he would display anger such disproportionate to inconvenience or botheration that he is subject to. In the future, understand that anytime someone posts phone numbers of someone famous like that... it's a JOKE. Of course those numbers came up bogus because they were pulling your chain. You know, being sarcastic. I want to restate Daryl's comment. You don't call a supplier at home. EVER. NEVER. People wanting to set up a group showing of a movie don't call me at home. EVER. NEVER. If they did I would say... call the theatre and leave a message. You mentioned that you would have followed through with getting his contact numbers... Such is just wrong and terrible business etiquette. I want to believe that after reading this thread and those comments yet again, that you do understand that and can see what we are saying. Otherwise, I can't see much of anyone being sympathetic with your delimas in the future. Oh, the 555-555 number... No one answered? You just memorized the codes? Um, 555 is a number they use in the movies because no business or individual has such a number nor ever will. Next time you need to book one of his films. Call his company. If they can't help you, neither can he. I list my Kodak e-mail address. I try to be available to help customers more than just the normal long work week.
