I got the Tech Letter also that said they won't do the key thing. It also said someone from UPS would drop by to talk about the new service. A week or so prior to this, someone from UPS called and told me she was assigned to the transition and to call if there were any problems.

So last week I gave the woman a call. She said someone from the local depot would be in touch with me within a couple of days and set up a time to get the key. A week later, nothing, so I called again. She said someone would call me right back. Nothing for two days. Call again, same answer, same result. This morning I called and she said she was going to get him on the other line and call me right back. 3hrs later and I've heard nothing.

This is the kind of service and response I've come to expect from UPS administration.

We're closed until January, so the only thing I have is one outgoing film. So far, I am not confident about getting our first film next year.

DHL is not just pulling out of some rural areas but is completely done with domestic shipping here in the US. The Wilmington area of Ohio will be hard hit as they are closing an air hub there.
