Sorry if I offended anyone....

This crap is a tremendous atrocity....

However, my family were victims of the nazis, and I have many friends who also were.....

Just to take everyone a step back.

Think about the problem solving ability of this guy.

You have to be pretty organized to hide all those bodies without anyone being the wiser for such a long period of time.

Perhaps Lucas should hire him to get rid of Jar-Jar.

:-)

On the radio this morning they said that some of the corpses were 'mummified' and that others had been decomposing for 15-20 years. Yet the bloke they arrested only took over the place in 1996; if these two facts are correct, then there must have been others involved. But the Police don't seem to be looking for anyone else. Sounds strange to me...

My wife heard yesterday on the radio that it cost about $25(gas) to cremate a body. Maybe (repair) labor is really high there. Maybe this is an X-File.

The average cost to purchase a retort is 80,000-100,000 canadian and depending on use about 30,000 canadian to rebrick every 1 to 2 years.
Depending on daily usage the gas consumption varries as it must be heated to 1800 degrees and usually take about 2 hours per cycle

WOW! I'm moving to Canada to learn retort relining. It doesn't seem to cost that much down here........From the CNN article.........

"When he was arrested last Saturday, Marsh told authorities the facility's incinerator had not worked for some time, Wilson said.

A spokesman for the company that made the incinerator said the Marshes had since 1984 declined all offers to service the unit, but they did buy a key part in August 1997.

Roger Elliott from Industrial Equipment & Engineering Co., based in Orlando, Florida, said he did not know whether the part was ever installed.

Elliott said his company's records show that Marsh's father, also named Ray, purchased a $20,000 incinerator in fall 1982, the same year IEE manufactured it.

IEE serviced the incinerator in November 1984, but subsequent offers to service the unit were declined, Elliott said. He noted, however, the Marshes could have had another company perform the maintenance, which is recommended every two years.

Elliott said there was nothing in company records indicating what Tri-State's response was to the service offers. A service call costs $795. The type of incinerator the family bought could cremate 200 bodies a year on average, Elliott said.

Man, these people would fit right into the "Cheap Theatre Operator" catagory like a glove.......

Look up spontanious human combustion. There was a tv program on the subject where it was discovered that a person wrapped in a wool blanket (which acts like a wick and insulation) can self-immolate in a small room with limited airflow. The body fat does the work, and even bones are incinerated by the slow burn. (I guess thin folks might need to have a little bacon fat added.)

This guy needed to watch more tv.

What was the name of that creamatory, Bob? I'm terrible at names, my mind usually acts like a slip-clutch on a 6,000 ft reel when trying to remember them.

Gordon, why does the cart in that second picture look suspiciously like a modified Christie MUT? Are you moonlighting?

That works out at just over one per working day! Does it really take a whole day just to cremate one body?

OK, let's call that four stiffs per day. Multiply that by five (the number of working days in a week) and you get 20 per week. Let's reduce the working year by two weeks to allow for public holidays and downtime for maintenance, and multiply that by 50. That gives you a throughput of 1,000 corpses per year. But the manufacturer of the incinerator is saying it can only do 200...
