Joe, Joe, Joe.... It's not ALWAYS peachy-keen here... It does rain in torrents sometimes between December and March, and we have the earthquakes every now and then...but that performs a great service to weed-out the wimps. And, you know, by the time August rolls around, I really get sick and tired of all the nice weather...it makes me want to puke! I just like the fact if I want snow or to go snowboarding/skiing, I can take 2 hours and drive to the mountains for it. Then come back to the boring nice weather. Oh, well, such is life. >>> Phil
