You got the wrong actor on the right. The Witness kid is the third member of Leo's team in the first part of Inception. Not the businessman.

he was in the first inception scene, they replace him with Tom Hardy because he can't dream up a rug that is made of the right material.

Ok, hate to nit pick here but Tom Hardy's character was not the replacement. Ellen Page replaced Lukas Hass' character as the new Architect. Hardy's character was a forger.
