That's my baby. I replaced the standard windows icons with links: left are internet shortcuts and right are program links. Top left features quick search bars for google, imdb, among others. Left bar also has system stats such as free disk space and memory, as well as my local weather... though the wind direction arrow is sporadic at best. The image in the middle is a panoramic drawing of the 1904 world's fair in st. louis. I have a strange attachment to my desktop... [Frown]

Maybe it's because he didn't show up expecting dinner.

A stab at my latest desktop... A photo taken off our stateroom balcony somewhere between San Juan and St. Thomas.

This was a sunset, as I don't recall seeing a sunrise...

The general layout is essentially a webpage using basic HTML and CSS. The search bars are javascript, and the CPU gauges is a free program called "rainmeter" that I reskinned to fit the layout. I forgot to mention there's also a small (basic function) javascript calculator on there as well. It works pretty well except I have a URL bar that is supposed to bring up firefox with the webpage... but instead it makes the page my background [Roll Eyes]

GET BACK ON TOPIC! [eyes]

At the moment this is my desktop, but I'm getting kind of sick of it. It's a pic I took in the Michigan U.P.

Joe said (a while back):

Fruityloops does not rule, unless all you want to do are trance mixes.
Untrue, I'm producing a jazz song for my voice teacher and a jazz/pop CD for a young and talented vocalist from my church; Using Fruity Loops for both 'cause it's cheaper than hiring a decent drummer to do it (I can't play a drumset worth [bs] )
