Scott, I guess the steering wheels were standard equipment now. Years ago, we used a Vise Grip pliers clomped on to the steering post. Maybe today they might revert that back as optional equipment. With all the drivers driving with cell phones jammed in their ears, drivers sorting out their CD's, people hanging their hands out the window to dry their fingernail polish, shaving, combing their hair, or watching TV or their GPS system, who the hell needs a steering wheel? [evil] [Big Grin]

Forward and reverse? Well, maybe the cars should be equipped with a Johnson Bar. It would be easier to bash their way into and out of a tight parking spot. They do it anyway. [Big Grin]

Anyway, whatever happened to the FAD of converting cars to burn propane? There are alot of cars and stationary engines that do...

But one thing I did notice is that propane prices have risen substantially through the years. I guess it is no longer coast effective.

There is alot of energy waste at the refineries. Next time you drive by one, note the "flares." Sometimes they shoot a flame 20 or more feet long. What a waste. The have no place to store it. When liquid gets into the flare line, it'll light up the whole country side. I remember many nights at the old Circus Drive-in where we were "washed off the screen" because the refinery had to vent it off.
