Two car family:

67 Ford Falcon (bought used at 3K miles during college)
69 Chevy Nova (wife's first car, bought new)
76 Chevy Malibu
78 Olds Omega (bought used at 25K miles)
86 Olds Cutlass Ciera
87 Dodge Shadow (daughter totaled June'99, hit by driver running a stoplight)
93 Dodge Caravan LE (became a "kidney car" donation Dec'02)
98 Ford Escort Sport (bought used at 10K miles)
03 Honda CRV

Never had a true "lemon". [thumbsup] They usually rust out from under me due to the road salt in Rochester. [thumbsdown]

chalk me up for zilch as well.

i've owned 3 hertzes, the "manual" kind. a schwinn, a corsaro, and a giant. 4 if you count the one that was basically replaced in its entirety under warranty.

since my last one got stolen i've been on borrowed wheels.

cars are evil.

Cars, evil?

Personally, I'd rather not pedal the 13 miles from home to work when windchills are pushing -20°F, thanks. [Razz]

Yikes!! I can't remember all the cars I have had. It started in '48 with a '36 Ford 2dr sedan. I even had a '41 Ford coupe rebuilt by a local dealer in the mid-'50s. Some of my favorite cars have been a '55 Chev and a '58 Chev. Even had a Studebaker Lark and a Fiat sedan in the early 60s. I currently drive a Plymouth Voyager mini-van. If you figure a new car about every two or three years I must have owned about 25 cars. My biggest problem is I don't know what happened to any of them.
