They had a standard form that was used during interviews. One manager would ask some of the questions on the form, and jot down the applicant's responses. If this first manager felt that the applicant was still worthy of hiring, he or she would schedule a second interview. During the second interview, the second manager would ask the other questions on the form. This process was used for hiring both crew members and managers, although there was a different interview form for management. It's a little too far IMHO. OTOH, Busch Gardens is a lot closer. I thought Busch Gardens was open year-round. In fact, I KNOW they are because they kicked Universal's ass last year with "Howl O'Scream" in October. Hell, even Universal pays $7.50 an hour for Halloween Horror Nights... and that's a 45 minute rotating shift. Free park admission. 3 Free guest passes. Discounts at everything Universal (NBC?) owns... and all this is valid for a full year after your seasonal employment ends. Attendents? We'll go with clerks) but a lot more female customers in bikini tops seem to frequent Busch Gardens than Hollywood Video, too. Trust me, I've been to both. Speaking of which, why not just apply as a lifeguard? What's wrong with working in a video store anyway? As long as you don't get stuck there. It has many possibilities. The Rio Hotel canned all of their cocktail waitresses last year and hired signer/dancer types as replacements. So now you get a little song and dance routine when you order a drink in that place.
