Officially started as a tech in 1986. I had to stand on a film can to put house reels of film in the top magazines. I miss change over bells! I started in 1953 as an 11-year-old projectionist, in pre-CinemaScope days, and March 21 is my anniversary. MONTANA BELLE was the first movie, and HIGH NOON was second. I got to run 2-projector 3-D.
