I just use a wad of toilet paper and a strip of gaffer's tape! Actually, this product is the coolest thing I've seen in first aid in a long time: Nexcare Liquid Bandage It's little more than medicinal super glue but it's one of those things that makes me say, "Why didn't *I* think of that?!" If cyanoacrylate bonds to skin instantly then hardens to an impenetrable covering why SHOULDN'T it be used as a bandage? I've tried it and it works great! If you've ever had a cut between your fingers or on a knuckle where it's hard to stick a regular Band-Aid you'll appreciate this stuff. It's a little bit thinner than regular super glue and I'm sure it's got antiseptic and other junk in it but it works just about the same way. Put a drop or two on the cut, spread it evenly. (A special swab is included in the package.) In about a minute, you're back to work! When I'm working in the shop or on projectors or fixing my car I'm always scraping my knuckles and getting cuts on my hands. (Maybe I'm just a big klutz.) With Liquid Bandage I can get back to work and not worry about getting dirt or grease, etc. into the cut but I don't have to have a bandage on my hand to mess up my grip on things. Each has a video projector and screen. Before a lecture or movie, we play a video slide show. This is one of the segments from that show: CLICK HERE I was fooling around on Wikipedia one night and I came across an entry for "Gran Vals", the name of the real piece of music the infamous "Nokia Tune" ringtone was taken from. A little warped creativity from me and a few nights up late rendering 3-D video on my computer and this is the result! The idea is to remind customers in a way that doesn't sound like you're lecturing them. Make them smile a little bit and you'll get the point across much easier. If it's easier to catch flies with honey than it is with vinegar then how many can I catch with nitrous oxide?! Yes, the video is compressed and there are artifacts. I stream it off the school's network. It has to be crunched that much so it will play without skipping. When it's projected on a big screen in a semi-lit room it's hard to notice the compression. Furthermore, most people sitting in an auditorium waiting for a show aren't in the mindset of scrutinizing your streaming video. If you want to download it, feel free. I license it under a BEER-WARE user agreement. If you use it you have to buy me a beer! Ill Will Press is a funny cartoon that I've been watching for about a year and a half now, and this is great.
