And John wasn't going to commit wimpy illegal internet sharing, oh no! He was going to send me a full-on illegal DVD (in NTSC with broadcast-illegal colors) with several warrants all autographed by the stars of the movie as well as police chiefs from many different countries about how illegal this copy is and how I could get the death penalty for watching it. The funny thing is you'll get more sodium than that in a can of soup. I've seen muffins, pastries, sandwiches and even salads with higher calorie and fat gram counts than that. I'm not saying that KFC "double down" fake sandwich is a good thing to eat on any sort of regular basis. What I am saying is unhealthy foods are everywhere. You have to watch out for more than just burgers and fried foods. Read the labels.
