The old Movie Set near Knab, Utah where Gunsmoke, oother TV shows, and countless films were made. Not exactly the original set but an exact re-creation built to last longer. Stuff is still filmed here on occasion. Red Rock looms in the background.....

Oh my, Josh! That pic is hilarious! I guess it explains the video tape from the security camera (see upper right widow frame in the below pic). [thumbsup]

Of course the camera had to use the macro lens to magnify and see what you had in your fingers...errrr, I mean hand. [Razz]

(OBTW Josh, as I promised you, I will NOT post those nude pics I have of you, or the ones of you and the sheep.) [Wink]

Did you mean Kanab south of the Grand Staircase? I passed through there in September but didn't know those sets were there to see.

Mike, while Mark is correct in that there were many movies filmed at that site, this LINK is one of many that provides a history of a lot of famous filming locations ...many with photos.

There is another website, that I cannot recall right now, that lists a ton of local Hollywood locations and nearby filming sites of many movies.

Perhaps a Google would help...

Who's the one doing the peeing? Josh or Danny? I honestly can't tell. Looks a bit more like Danny I'd say.

Phil: It looks like all of the "in" people (I think it's officially a "clique" now) on this forum sure have a big hard on for your house!

Damn Joe, has your eyesight gotten bad in your old age? They look about as similar as me comparing you to Michael Schaffer. I mean after all...hair, two eyes, light skin...you guys are identical twins! [Razz]

Don't sweat it Joe. Once day you too will be able to grace the outside of Phil's house.

Phil, is that the lamp from A Christmas Story?

Ya know Joe, I agree with Brad, you NEED glasses!

I NEED to move and NOT tell ANYONE where I move to!

Brad: Yes that is a replica of the leg lamp from "A Christmas Story".

I wonder which one of the annointed "in" people pissing on that house will finally loosen up Phil's hill enough to turn the place into a mobile home.

Paul, that will be me the next time I head out to LA and Phil doesn't answer his door. He can ride it down the hill. [Razz]

Judging by how the house looks like it's holding on for dear life, I think a case of bottled water and a couple of hours should do the trick!

Hey Phil, I really don't know Josh or Danny in real life, and the kid peeing on your house is making such a weird face it is hard to tell.

Yes, between Kanab, UT and Page, AZ. I had the whole place to myself that day,I coulda even pissed by the side of the bar but am saving my piss for the trip to Phil's house.... the set is too nice a place too piss outside, they have proper facilities for that sort of thing... called an out-house. About 5 miles off the main road right past the southern edge of Grand Staircase.....

 -

I also had this place to myself earlier in the day. Its near to but not in Bryce Canyon, and its free! There are three other arches in this area as well. A bit of a climb to get to this arch but worth it. The winter season is the best time to travel around down here... no one around except the spirits.....

When one spends alot of time behind the wheel ya got to stretch your legs once in a while.... luckily I know where alot of the good places to hike are at.
