Peeing in the shower....I don't do it routinely. If I happen to have the urge to go when I am going to the shower, I will stop at the toilet and piss there. But, many times I will not feel any urgency to go UNTIL I run the shower water and that triggers the urge. Well, I am not going to leave the shower water running to go back to the toilet. I get in the shower and like most have said, I do aim for the drain. But it's true; urine is generally sterile more so than what comes out of the household tap.

For those who are grossed out by piss in the shower, at college the common bathrooms were at the end of a long hall. On the other hand, every room had a sink. My first roomate was this big Junior. I couldn't believe it when he just whipped it out and pissed right in the sink the very first night I was there. For the rest of the semester I couldn't wash in the morning until he left for class and I had time to wash the bowl out with Comet (with bleach) a few times so I could wash and brush my teeth.

Finally as I got to make friends, I told another student, a sophomore, how I really couldn't believe he pissed in the sink like ALL the time. I said I wasn't quite sure how to tell him that I wish he'd stop. The older guy kind of looked at me as if I was some kind of wussy mama's boy. I thought he was going to berate me for not just being tough enought to tell him outright that I wanted him to stop. Instead he said, "What's the hell's the big deal? Everyone pisses in the sink."

At the time I was going to school, this was an all male college so I guess the taming influence of that females normally have on guys was missing and we just didn't care. It took me to the end of my freshman year before I just said, what the hell, I have to wash the damn thing with Comet anyway, I might as well use it myself. So you can see, after four years of that, peeing in the shower is a piece of cake. [Wink]

And of course it's just a fact that at my school there was LOTS of very heavy drinking. [beer] And believe me when I tell you, drunk guys at that age seem to think it's ok to piss pretty much wherever they happen to be standing, even if it's next to you or on the floor in the middle of the adminstration building rotunda....off the balcony....down four flights (yah, my roomate). [Eek!]

As for a kid taking a dump in the ocean, if you think that is disgusting....think WHALES. Hey....they don't just make those singing noises!

Yes, I pee in the shower, but why stop at aiming for the drain. A good marksmen never passes on an opportunity to hone his skills [Big Grin]

Someday, I'm going to piss from the top of a 1000' tower [evil]

To be perfectly honest, I don't see what the big deal is, as long as you're still washing. Urine is sterile anyway (in almost all cases, I believe), so it's not like you're gonna die if some gets on you.

For the record, I do aim for the drain if I have to go, but I usually take care of it before I get in the shower.
