This is a most beautiful woman. What turns me on, as most have already said, it's the whole deal. A pretty, sexy face is the first thing, and essential. I won't even look at breasts if a woman is not at least mildly attractive first. Erect nipples as seen through a tee-shirt....well, size hardly matters there, does it, because erect nipples trump everything in terms of a super turn-on on pretty much any size.
