Something about how toxins that form naturally are worse for you than the toxins that form from the chemicals used. In both cases they are in trace amounts and are nothing to worry about. One could argue that all research against organic food has been done by companies who don't want people to stop buying their food. Quite possibly so. I feel that organic is a buzz word, much like digital and that other D word that is political in nature so I can't say it. There was an article in the Dallas morning news this week about how the USDA is not enforcing much when it comes to being able to label something organic.
