But this clip on Cinerama in Italy is interesting...but one can sure tell that the lamphouse light output wasn't too balanced amongst the three...

Not necessarily. Viewing at an off angle can cause that effect (of which would tend to be exaggerated when filmed or videotaped).

The Beatnix were huge in pubs and clubs in Australia late 80's and 90's. We also had great cover bands of ABBA (Bjorn Again) and THE DOORS.

Wonder if they're still around? I know Bjorn Again toured the world...

I can't stop laughing. The gesture at the end is priceless.

Poor Pinky. That chomp on the guy's leg must have been very painful ... but there are some natural laws we must obey: Never Eat Yellow Snow, Never Put On Your Shoes Without Checking For Scorpions, & Never Leash A Cat! It seemed like there was a good minute of chaos to warn everyone that someone was going to get it. Who better than the guy holding the damned leash? Pinky WAS loving ... he let everyone know he was pissed BEFORE he attacked. [Big Grin]

I hereby claim my prize for the most 'on-topic' post on Film-Tech. Here is a video of a completely and utterly insane man.

Wow, Phil, what a nostalgic turn that was! I remember Cal's commercials from my childhood and that tune just took me back. As a kid, I never understood why his "dog" Spot was never a dog. And I thought they were saying "pussy cow" instead of "go see Cal" (and looking through the comments on that video, I can see I wasn't the only one! Ha!), probably because I thought the elephant he was riding was a cow? I don't friggin' know. Ah, the innocence of youth! [Big Grin] Thanks for that!

Brian, I never heard of or thought they'd be saying "pussy cow" instead of "go see Cal". Especially since it was all about *Cal* Worthington the car dealer.

I went back and replayed that compilation video... It does in some places sound like they are saying "pussy cow"...too funny! Thanks for pointing that out! [beer]
