They don't count on the final score, so who cares? That's like football keeping track of completed passes and fouls right next to the score. Also, what's up with ERAs, RBIs and all of that nonsense? It doesn't make any sense and I don't think it would matter if those terms and whatever they stood for went away. Nobody cares. The goal of the game and the score would remain the same. By the way, that last pitcher for the Red Socks looks scary. He should be the evil Terminator in the next movie. As far as I'm concerned, the Red Sox are like the Yankees are to me now. They are teams who seem entitled to titles. Bulldoze over other opponents? Fine! Just don't expect me to be really excited by the results of it. As I said, the way it is playing out it is FUCKING BORING.
