Initial reports also said he was found on the floor (but in reality he was on the bed). Batman is trying to hide the fact that he MURDERED Heath Ledger. I wonder if it was some kind of auto-erotic asphyxiation that was goin' on. The thing that puzzles me the most is the rolled up $20 dollar note that was found near his body, without any traces of drugs in it. Also it was not the Olsen's apartment he was found in, it was his own.
