I'll have to agree with Tony on CarMax. I went there a several. years ago, the worst car shopping experience I've ever had. The sales rep didn't want me to go on the lot until he showed me what he wanted me to buy on the computer. The car was for my wife and she had said she wanted a Buick LeSabre, late 90s--early 2000s. On the computer he showed me Toyotas, Mercurys, Cadillacs, a Lexus, anything but what I specified, finally I went out the door to the car lot and found several Buicks that fit the bill, why he wouldn't show them I don't know. It didn't matter though, their price was around $2200. higher than anywhere else. The asshole followed me to my car still trying to sell me something else.
