My instructions to the wait staff when I order a steak go one of two ways:

Show it to the fire.

and/or

Whack the horns off and wipe it - I'm ready.

My favorite dish (back when it was legal to serve) was the "Rare Wagon" at The Kettle coffee shop in Manhattan Beach. It was a large plate lined with thin-sliced cuts of blood-rare beef, served with perfectly steamed veggies, mashed spuds, and a great horseradish. Absolute. Heaven.

How do I like my steak cooked?

1) Wave a match under it.

2) I want it still mooing.

3) I want it so rare I can still see the marks where the jockey was hitting it. (Rodney Dangerfield)

4) A good veterinarian can have it back on its feet in fifteen minutes.

The man said it was, and Giovani slammed the ketchup bottle on the table with one hand and grabbed the plate with the other and said, "Here. Enjoy the ketchup, but you won't ruin my steak with it." and he walked back to the kitchen, steak in hand, leaving the guy sitting there dumb founded
I was waiting for the kicker that he had asked for the ketchup for his wife's fries

.....because (tick whichever applies)

A. There's nothing on TV

B. There is only 10 more minutes until overtime and I can use the extra $$$

C. I have already answered the "Do you want a bigger penis" emails with.."Why, yes- as soon as I get my gender reallocation completed...signed Sarah"

D. That Tina W frequents this forum

E. I have a forlorn hope that this is a legit competition.

I wonder how many posts happen on this entire site on any given day. So, if you put something in this thread after each time you post anything "real" on another thread, how long would it take (with everyone's cooperation) to reach the end of this thread?

But... what is the point of this exercise? I don't know. I assume Brad's trying to test the members and/or the software. I have no idea. (Perhaps there would be more cooperation if Brad would just give us the reason.)
