    All looks good with alignment. Have some new reels and I am getting error rates as low as 2 and 3. So I guess the higher rates are reels with less that optimal SRD tracks.

      Its a combination of print condition, wear, and printing quality.

        That's about as good as it gets with regular, release prints.
        If you get a well made release print or if you get a specially made print like a premier print you can get 1s and 0s but for run of the mill stuff 2s and 3s is good.
