The DTS6AD Instruction Manual is not clear on whether the three back panel SPDIF connectors are inputs or outputs. Does anyone here know for sure, and/or has used them?

they are input -
The manual seems to say otherwise, for use with digital amplifiers? They are 2 ch each according to the diagram of the rear.
