Use the login dialog to enter your credentials and follow the link to change your password.
If you don't know your password or user name, use the "Forgot Password" link in the login dialog.
I think 35mm rewinds should work with 16mm reels, as long as there's a spindle with key. Some also have an extra shaft to engage one of the off-center holes, but if you want to use smaller reels that don't have extra holes, try and find a rewind where the shafts are removable.
