Please my lamp (optoma projector) suddenly stop turning up, can it be the lamp has run out completely and if yes how can l replace it and the cost .

You will have to get this from either European or USA source unless there is an Optoma dealer in Nigeria. I found this on line from a company here in the USA that handles Optoma lamps. So you may at least be able to get an idea of what the part number is.

My advice is: get a genuine one. I've been through the "aftermarket cage with original bulb inside" and it never worked for me.
