USL Closed Caption Reader 100 documentation

Looking for documentation for the USL caption reader CCR 100. Couldn't find anything on the QSC site.
We have a USL assisted listening system that we installed many years ago. Wee've had the caption reader, but have never used it and are trying to figure out how. It does power up but can't seem to get it to show the subtitles.

The CCR-100 documentation is available at https://www.movingimagetech.com/mit-...-accessibility . On the CCR not showing captions, it is more likely to be a configuration issue in the IRC IR emitter. If the CCR is not receiving an IR signal from the IRC, there is normally a message about that on the display, and there is a red LED lit below the lower left side of the display.

      Thanks.
Your address above is outdated. Here's where I found it.

Very good. I provided the link to all the accessibility products since the issue may not be the CCR but, instead, the IRC. There's a fair amount of configuration that has to be done on the IRC.

        Good luck!
