Sony srx320 ,LMT 300 server Marriage status

Hi everyone, I'd like to ask for help if anyone else has experienced this.

I was projecting normally and suddenly MediaBlock security was triggered. The problem is that now it won't connect because the status is "unsecured" or "busy."

I've already tried updating SMS and MediaBlock, but nothing works.

    Images attached

    thx

    Edward

Of course, the obligatory "have you completely power-cycled the projector and server"?

Is this system in a projector that sees regular usage?
Did you experience a cold-snap in the booth recently?
Are you able to see battery voltages and that the media block still has a valid certificate identity?
What happens when the update fails?

I've never worked with this equipment before, so my questions just cover the basics. Hopefully someone more knowledgeable can chime in

      Case Update

The equipment was working normally; the server wasn't shutting down. I completed power cycles after the failure, but without success. The battery voltage is optimal. There's only one tamper switch, and it works correctly when disconnected.

After updating the server several times, it stopped being busy, but now it says that marriage is not possible. Somehow, upon investigation, I noticed that the MediaBlock certificate simply changed its expiration date to 1969. Typical Sony. Thanks to everyone for your attention

Ouch. Either the IMB lost it's secure time reference or the legitimate certificate was replaced with the one expiring in 1969 because of a "tamper event", or both. Depending on the age of the IMB it may be recoverable by Sony.

Do you know how old the battery is? As batteries age they can still show voltage in-spec, but they are more likely to drop voltage when there is an active load applied (IMB powered off), and it is tricky to catch it. It's best to just replace batteries once they reach a known age if that is an option. For this IMB, just replacing the battery won't bring it back, but post-mortem findings can still be useful.
