I wouldn't buy such a thing, but am I the only one who HATES those fold out DVD boxes? They seriously could not be any more lame. I personally like the thin DVD boxes that the Seinfeld seasons come in. Clean. Compact. Easy to use. Whoever thought up the folding boxes needs AIDS, SARS and the whole works.

I kinda like Andy. His contributions here are (were?) far less obnoxious or offensive than those of some who seem to have the Golden Film-Tech Lifetime Free Pass, yet who contribute less of substance to this board than I do, if that's even possible.

Although I liked Ep 3, I don't feel compelled to buy the DVD.

They look nice, but yeah, functionally they are stupid.

What I really want is a LIST OF EPISODES on the back of the case that holds all the disks. Cripes, you have to be an expert on a TV show to shop for its DVDs.

Oops, this is a Star Wars thread. Damn, that is a good movie.

Banned? Well, at least its only temporary. I don't have anything against him, however, his daily countdown of the Episode III release was getting old. Thank god he posted his home theater pictures to keep us going.

So, The THX Man of Mystery" (Andy Summers) "we know his real name" has been banned from this site.

Was it his Home THX Cinema Pictures was the final straw or just his recent postings?.

I did like Joe R Home THX Pictures, were they taking the P#*# or just for fun and wondered where I can obtain that Calibration Microphone? [Smile]

I had a center channel speaker like Joe has. Mine was made by Sanyo, but every day at 6am it would make an obnoxious beeping noise, so I had to throw it out.

For details on the Summers ban, see Film-Yak under thread titled "HALLO-Film-Tech-WEEN" and prepare to laugh.
