Anyway tonight saw a live puppet performance, at the college fascinating and one of the techniques that I liked was blacking out the stage, while the puppeteers give the puppets a more live feeling. When I saw this I remember hearing about the (BUNRAKU puppet theatre) in Japan, where they blackout the stage, with careful lighting, lighting just the puppets was fun.
