A simple menu that has three options:

-Play god damn movie
-Set up the sound and subtitle options
-View the other crap that you'll only watch once (special features)

That would be fine. The menu should only be a still screen with no lead-in motion or lead-out motion. I've seen some menus that give away parts of the movie before you can even click play! The FBI logo can be printed on the box and/or disc. Its presence on the screen prevents nothing. Also anything unskippable needs to go away. People who work for movie studios are morons and that is a scientific fact that cannot be proven wrong be anybody on the planet.
