I thought the score was actually pretty good. Especially The Kraken music (with the organ and electric guitars)

Too long by 45 min. A snoozer in parts. The Davie Jones character didn't work at all for me, neither did the crew or ship. I'd give it 6 out 10. Thought the first one was great.

Here's hoping Disney reads the reviews of its movies. Probably 90% of them, and the majority of patrons, think this movie is too long. A nice tight little 110 minute Part 3 would be a mega-blockbuster-gigantasaurus.

gross

Although my hat's off to them for their special effects, they were gross. Given the Disney opening logos and such, I'm betting that if a kid saw this they be traumatized for life.
Too long
To many "other characters"
Not enough JD
Can't remember the story (was there one?)

I drove up to L.A. to see this at the El Capitan. I wanted to like it, but it was BORING and much too long.

There were a lot of "twists" that weren't logical, fun or buckle swashing.

And Captain Jack was a horrid man in this one. I frankly don't care if he's dead or not.

I wanted a fun film and got an epic trying to be Lord of The Rings but instead was The Matrix part II.

Things i don't care about now:
1)Captain jack
2)Will Turner's Father
3)Will Turner and Elizabeth's wedding.
4)Davey jones
5)The Kracken
6)That Dog

I won't be seeing part three unless it's 92 minutes long.

All that said I really liked the El Capitan. They had a fun (and I'm not being sarcastic) thin with curtain raising and a giant skull and tiki torches. I liked that.
