Truly nasty stuff that appears to be a harmless clear liquid. It comes in a bottle with an eyedropper, both enclosed in a wood box. Yes it is intended for use in cooking, not for direct application to one's meal. However, my video engineering mentor and good friend Bob Cadigan does indeed put this stuff directly on his meals. He loves the heat, but admits that the stuff tastes like "burnt dirt." BTW Bob is the unofficial craft service provider on any video shoots he works on. Most of us 'Vegas video freelancers love the various hot sauces he brings to the shoots, but that stuff...  |  IP: Logged
