I think that all of you guys have totally lost it.

If you dont know what you have lost, I wager that you never had it.

This coming from a guy that used to have 22" long hair... until it started falling out, and turning gray. I didn't want to be a bald hippie with a chrome dome with gray fringe around the sides.

Of course, my FG drinking problem has not helped at all, either.

Keep it up, Joe! I'm waiting for the "best-of" voting.

Evans, I did do the new Michael Brown. A picture of me pointing my finger at the camera was up for a couple of days

I'd like to try Bobby. The curly hair would be an immense challenge. I'd have to erase ALL of my hair and draw the new hair. Or maybe I'll just get a perm. I would have done Bruce McGee long ago if I had a Holmes or whatever the hell that is to stand by. Unfortunately, I take all of the pictures myself with the camera on timer. Doesn't give me enough time to get in the EXACT position I need to be in

That thing in the image with me is an Eiki 16mm toy. I may need to upgrade and do a new image with the Holmes.

As for the drinking problem.....

I'm not really a fan of GIFs in any way, shape or form. They are limited to 256 colors and that just sucks. Flash is better. But then again I really don't want to annoy anybody with looping animation of ANY kind. It just looks amateur-ish. At least with Flash I can turn off the looping when I design it. GIFs loop forever unless the user does not allow looping.

If you assemble the gif with Adobe ImageReady, you can set the number of times it will loop and how quickly the frames change (among other things).

Ironically, I asked Brad about gifs during Saturday night's chat session. Ask him for technical restrictions before you try one for the forum.

I was there when you asked Brad about GIFs. Even with Imageready, GIFs are still limited to 256 colors. However your advice about asking Brad about technical stuff before I attempt anything has fallen on deaf ears. We both agree that it's OK if the site crashes when we try something new
