Author Topic: ShoWest/Film-Tech gathering Joe Redifer You need a beating today Posts: 12859 From: Denver, Colorado Registered: May 99 posted 03-14-2002 03:27 PM                        I not only resized the pics from 1280 to 625 (width) but also color corrected each pic to get rid of the slight green tint that the Casio likes to include (as well as some film cameras, I've noticed). Sizing all of those and color correcting them in batch mode with Photoshop 6 took less than 15 minutes. The ice started to melt but now its re-frozen and I'm stuck in it. Actually we did the great GTS move to the new building move while the Olympics were going on. This way all the rental gear that was out could all come to the new building without the need to move it twice. Then Showest for 3 days and now Dimmer systems galoor........ Seems that my employers send a handful of employees to ShoWest every year, and it always seems that they send people that won't fully appreciate it. Example: the manager of the location I'm at. She's a neat person to have as a boss-lady, but I think that I knew more about film before I worked at a cinema than she knows now... What? Me, jealous? ..... And after all the talk of seafood... Maybe one has to be from someplace right near a large body of water to appreciate food that used to swim in a large body of water. Then too, I'm quite distrustful of places that serve seafood, and are more than 50 miles away from an ocean! ...and whoever doesn't already know that I'm an odd duck, doens't know me! ------------------ In some cultures, what I do is considered normal.  |  IP: Logged
