Until it gets worked out, try setting your browser to cache pages, if it is not already. Make good use of your back button (or mouse gestures) too. Atrcious spelling .... who me? -Will-  |  IP: Logged Joe Redifer You need a beating today Posts: 12859 From: Denver, Colorado Registered: May 99 posted 11-18-2002 08:20 PM                        OK in Mac OS 9 using IE (the ONLY decent Mac browser in OS 9) the back button does not function when making a post, e.g. if I go to the "post a reply" screen and then press the "back" button on the browser, it does nothin' but reload the page. I actually have to hold down the back button and select a previous URL to go back to. This may be an IE 5 issue. Also I still get the "No boomarking" in the scrollable box below which is supposed to display the last few posts, etc. Who made the "sex" icon? Not me. I made most of the icons here but I want everybody to know that I did not do the sex icon. If I did it would be much more graphic! Maybe it's a MAC thing. I can't really tell, I don't have IE5 on my MAC emulator. quote: Who made the "sex" icon? Not me. Great work, all! The only quirk carrried over from the previous version of the site is that the "No Bookmarking Allowed" pane still appears instead of the thread preview in the Post A Reply window. Did it ever work (display the thread in the inline frame) for you? It could be the way the MAC version of IE calls the inline frame. I was able to access everything (forum summary / forum topics / topic posts). If anyone has problems or knows anyone that has problems accessing the board without a login name & password please let us know by posting here or sending us an email. I have NEVER been able to see the thread window in "Post-A-Reply". Well except when I use a PC (I haven't tried it with Chimera yet I don't think). But that's how the web works. Everything is designed to run on PCs and other OS's are ignored. Brilliant. But then again IE 5 generally just sucks anyway, and there is not enough software for me to use OS X full time yet.
